These two bands have pretty similar sounds....personally, I like The Fray better.

A very easy choice for me. The Fray is one of the most overrated bands of the past few years, I just don't see a huge appeal in them. However, I've really liked all 3 of OneRepublic's singles so far, so they easily get my vote.  How odd you matched these up, as they're both from Colorado.  |

^Yes! I remember I had really seen a lot of similarities when I really got into "Apologize" late last year, and then when I found out they were from Colorado (not exactly a hotbed for popular bands), I thought they were even more similar. |

They're both BLAH, but I kinda like OneRepublic. Although "Heaven Forbid" by The Fray is my favorite song out of either.

Both are very good bands. Actually some of my favorites.
The Fray - 2nd most played artist
so I go with them.

FRAY = CRAP! One of the worst bands of the decade. EWWWWWWWWWWWW. Thinking of them makes me sick inside (hot hope partlow reference)
OneRepublic are good. One of those rare bands that gets played to death and I still somewhat like them.

They both are REALLY good.
I think I've listened to more Fray, but OneRepublic have Apologize and they did a duet with David Archuelta...gah...this is hard.
I'm going to have to go with Fray though.

The Fray hands down. Their songs just left bigger marks imo (except for Apologize but thats more thanks to Timba, not the original song unlike The Fray ) and were really great. But I do like OR and their singles/album. |

Tough choice, I had to base it off their debut singles. "Apologize" is great, whereas "Over My Head" is competely overrated.
