Radar: Should It Be A Single?

To shut LW once and for all, should Radar be the 4th single or a single period from Circus?

I say no. It's a general consensus that Radar is a good song but it represents a point and an era where Britney was not stable and not sane.

I'm against it because its like bringing back a really bad TV show only cause it got good ratings.

it's a good song, but it does not need to rise like a Phoneix.
