Yeah, I agree completely. I think that within the next couple of years, WRQX will basically fit the mold of an AC station. The fact that AC has been charting songs such as "Makes me Wonder" and "Hot N Cold" the last few years shows that they are quickly becoming the new Hot AC. Do you agree with that? Not sure...AC is playin all the big Hot AC hits, but they don't add new tracks until months later (sometimes not until after they've compelely finished their chart runs on CHR/HAC) - kinda like they've droppped "soft rock" for "familiar rock" But yeah IMO about a third of the HAC panel are CHR...think it's just that they wanna be able to add HAC tracks when they go for HAC adds (instead of waitin til they go for CHR adds months later) |

Does anyone know if the spins for this are still increasing on AC? I know like a week ago, it was almost in the top 50

Does anyone know if the spins for this are still increasing on AC? I know like a week ago, it was almost in the top 50 #50 on mainstream AC is usually somethin like 20 spins nationwide LOL yeah, kinda like being #50 on mainstream rock. You can pretty much chart on these formats with just a couple of stations if they're spinning you enough. |

Just checked it on AC: just a spin away from entering!
It also has been increasing on CHR! It has over 100 spins and is in the top 100 on CHR!
