She looks beautiful on the album cover. I am not sure if i should even waste my time to listen the album and judge it. she looks like a meercat. don't bother wasting your time. I regret it with every fiber of my being  |

I am not sure if i should even waste my time to listen the album and judge it. It's a fairly solid album all being said. I was initially disappointed with it but I realized fairly quickly that a lot of the songs on her album are growers. They aren't typical radio friendly songs in the slightest and people looking for instantaneous "smashes" are going to be left out in the cold. The albums theme is pretty straight forward, a woman caught up in money and relationship problems. If you liked Video Games and Born To Die as songs I would recommend a listen. Carmen, National Anthem, Radio and Off To The Races are further standouts of the album. |
