Pulling a Green Day could mean a lot of things, but in this case it means being at #1 on six radio formats at the same time. In early 2005, "Boulevard Of Broken Dreams" was at #1 on CHR, Hot AC, AAA, Alternative, Active and Mainstream Rock all at the same time.
Who do you think is most likely to accomplish such a feat?

No Adele? She charts everywhere these days.

I say none of the above are likely to. Many of them are declining aside from the rock formats.
I do agree with the Adele comment though, I can see her topping CHR, Hot AC, AC and Triple A at least with some song or another, and she's charted on both Rhythmic and Alternative as well.

Did We Found Love come close? That was such a juggernaut of a song.

No Adele? She charts everywhere these days. Thankfully, she has yet to invade active rock. I say none of the above are likely to. Many of them are declining aside from the rock formats. I do agree with the Adele comment though, I can see her topping CHR, Hot AC, AC and Triple A at least with some song or another, and she's charted on both Rhythmic and Alternative as well. I agree that they are on the decline, but I think that could be a result of rock in general being on the decline. When is the last time we saw a power ballad go top 10 on CHR? Did We Found Love come close? That was such a juggernaut of a song. How many formats did it hit #1 on? I know it hit #1 on CHR.

None of these artists are EVER going to dominate like that ever again. I'd love it if Green Day or the Foo Fighters proved me wrong though.

We Found Love didn't hit #1 on AC. I think it's a long shot for a artist to have such a chart domination. So I really don't know.

Here are the peaks for "We Found Love" on the Mediabase charts:
CHR: #1 Rhythmic: #1 Hot AC: #11 (still climbing) AC: #30 (still climbing)
It might have charted on Urban as well, but I am not sure how high it got.

It might have charted on Urban as well, but I am not sure how high it got. It's probably in the top 100 but has not cracked the top 50. It has cracked the top 70 on the R&B chart that combines urban & urban ac so it has gotten some minor airplay on the format, not enough to debut in the top 50 though.
