JÓGA!!!!!!
I know the word "epic" is totally overused, but if there is one song in the world that befits that word, it's Jóga. Makes me crumble everytime I hear it.

Love your list Joel, especially "Wonderwall" at #6. That one would definitely be in my top 10 as well.

Oasis are genuinely the WORST ACT OF ALL TIME. A f**king insufferable abomination in every sense. Whenever I hear Liam Gallagher's mindless nasal drone anywhere it sends me into spontenous bouts of trembling RAGE. Thing is it must be much easier to like them in the US, unlike in the UK where they were literally omnipresent (and Wonderwall has to stand alongside Angels as one of the couple of songs everyone knows and sings out loud to. WHICH MAKES IT WORSE. f**k off laddism forever. Drunken idiots in pubs singing along to it with their arms around each other = BIGGEST DUD EVER.) and represented EVERYTHING WRONG WITH POPULAR CULTURE. They were like a nightmare. And we're only now coming out of its effects. Still, even if Wonderwall is one of their better songs its still trite, clunky and nasal aka a dreadful f**king dirge. I usually try and be so nice and calm, ugh. Sorry for derailing the thread Joel.

I have always found "Wonderwall" and "Champagne Supernova" to be two of the most overrated songs of the '90s, so I kinda enjoyed the rant. ;D I really do like "Don't Look Back At Anger" though.
I should have known that Joel would have plenty of old school songs on his top 10.

I really do like "Don't Look Back At Anger" though. Noel singing this instead of Liam helps it somewhat.

Sounds like "Wonderwall" in the U.K. is kind of like how all those overrated Queen songs like "We Will Rock You", "Bohemian Rhapsody", etc. are here.

Bohemian Rhapsody is amazing! I'm wary of overrated songs..but in this case it's quite justified in my opinion..

I LOVE Journey and I used to love that song but because of the overplay and overexposure I never want to hear that f**king song again.

I love her and that song to death but the top 4 mean sooooooooo much to me (her song does too but meh). I listened to CMEF all the time during a bad time in my life, Torn and Wannabe were my favorite songs when I was a kid, and Wonderwall is just so hauntingly beautiful.
