Which concert lineup is stronger?

I've never been to a concert, but it's something that I really want to do sometime. Touring festivals have been making a comeback in the world of rock music, and I'd love to go see one. Which of these do you think has a better lineup?

Honestly they both suck, no offense. But I went with Carnival Of Madness because that doesn't have Avenged Sevenfold.

Yeah, I'd go for the Carnival of Madness cause it has Shinedown (and I really can't stand Avenged Sevenfold) - but neither of those concerts are really my thing...

EWW AT Theory Of A Deadman, they're like Nickelback with no talents. I love Three Days Grace so I chose Uproar.
