so I would like to start off by saying, on my chart, that 1,000,000 points (Platinum) would constitute it as a minor hit. 2,000,000 points would be an average hit. 3,000,000 points would be a big hit. 4,000,000 points would be a smash hit (most #1's end up around here.) anything above that is absolutely enormous. Only a handfull manage to go above 5,000,000.
96 / I Kissed A Girl 16 / Hot n Cold <Gold> 11 / Thinking Of You <Platinum> #2 / Waking Up In Vegas <2x Platinum> #1 / California Gurls <7x Platinum> #1 / Teenage Dream <7x Platinum> #3 / Firework <8x Platinum> #3 / E.T. <9x Platinum> #1 / Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.) <Diamond>

Could "Last Friday Night" end up being your biggest hit ever then, considering it hasn't even started it's proper Hot 100 & radio run?

That's a pretty interesting system...how many spots does your chart have?
And here's how Katy has done on my chart:
Hot N Cold - #4 California Gurls - #1 (3 weeks) Teenage Dream - #9

That isn't likely because I have one song that just has a ridiculous amount of points lol. But biggest Katy Perry hit? Yes, that is certainly possible. Katy Perry is easily my most consistent artist. If "The One That Got Away" ever becomes a single that will likely become my biggest Katy Perry hit ever lol P:
