This highly unlikely duo had one of the longest-running #1 pop hits of the last decade, spending 8 weeks on top. I'm a big fan of this song. I think a lot of guys can probably relate to the lyrics, and the music always had this really good, haunting feeling to me. I also dig the video and all of the split-screen parts. It shows that no matter how different a country guy is from a hood guy, they still cry over a girl the same way.

I HATED this song when it first came out but in recent years I have found it alright. Still surprised this collaboration happened though.

Great song! Really liked it at the time, got to #2 on my chart (Avril Lavigne blocked it with "Nobody's Home").
Still find it rather bizarre these two teamed up and made it work and not sound like a joke!
