This has the makings of a really great video to me. I love the post-apocalyptic scorched earth theme she has going on here.

I hope that part is a nod to the lyrics about her world being infected ("I feel like my world's been infected")
And the post-apocalyptic scorched earth would reflect the "disinfection" well.

Dance remix by Hex Hector and Mac Quayle. I thought Hex didn't do mixes anymore? At least I haven't heard a remix of him from a while. Maybe it's like when Mariah was such a force that she was able to coax David Morales out of retirement.
I like the Hip-Hop breaks in this remix though. That was unexpected.

I'm not liking the blocking, the russian roulette gun scene, nor am I liking the scenes with her in the white lighting and the white outfit. I am going to be pissed if they screwed this video up. Especially since I was so excited with the glimpses that they showed us. It's not hard for them to make an amazing video, I mean seriously just throw some scenes in with Christina in a post-apocalyptic world trying to find her way around the ground zero, that would be PERFECT for this song. Not stupid fancy angel lighting, incorporeal ghost-esque scenes and figurative/literal gun shots. Why do I have a feeling like I am not going to get the one scene that would have made the video? Christina laying down in a crater after the after effects of an explosion, while the camera zooms in on her face and a tear drops from her eye. Then the music starts. That would be epic and would probably be her best music video. It doesn't have to be over the top with goth like influences (via Fighter) nor does it need to have endless tear-jerking exposition (Hurt) or meaningless scenes with random people (Beautiful). The theme alone could be awesome. Christina coming out from the trauma of watching her world fall to pieces and then having her steadily finding herself and also getting her bearings and looking at her surroundings because everything in her life/world has been destroyed by the man that she loved. Hell you don't even need the man to be in the music video. That would have been such an awesome video and we most likely won't end up getting it because Christina and co wanted it to be "pretty" and OMGZ!!! you see she's talking about a gun and now here it is in this music video!!1111! awesome direct imagery! @we're artists.

I really like the post-apocalyptic theme but that only looks to be a small part of the video

I really like this video, its simplisitic and speaks volumes to the songs emotional affect.

I think I might like the previews better At least they didn't literally put the smoking gun part during that part in the song. That would have been cheesy. I like the concept a lot, but something's not connecting for me for this all the way. Some of the editing I'm not too fond of. Too many fade ins, especially during the second chorus. All the fade-ins look so blurry. It was probably done for that effect, but it doesn't look good imo. My favorite part is the start of the bridge, it looks she's transcending into space and matches the energy and desperation of the bridge

The production work on the video is really great, she needs to stop with the hair pulling it's nearly as bad as Jessica Simpson constantly caressing herself in the I Belong To Me music video. I like the video. It's not great but the lighting and the after effects work well. The last segment with the white and blue was forgettable but I really like the first two thirds of the video.
