It should include music video sales, music video channels, radio, downloads, streaming

I kind of like sales being a dominant factor. But adding airplay in does provide a nice balance

I think it should be. Maybe like 75% sales, 20% airplay, and 5% everything else. Sales should definitely be a dominant factor but the Hot 100 should be what the country thinks are the best 100 songs that week.

but it should consist of more than airplay and sales.

i LOVE the UK chart, it actually shows what the most popular tracks are for that certain week.
