I'm not even a big Lee Ann Womack fan at all, but this song is amazing. I'm not surprised at how well it's doing it all. It's definitely radio friendly.

You can't say anything over there without her breathing down your neck.

she thinks the Country forum has to be a sacred holy land that only worthy posts by worthy posters are allowed. and of course those posts cannot have anything to do with Mediabase updates or iTunes updates because we all know that is devil worship and we should all be banned for it.
seriously let the board be. if no one is making anyone mad, just let it go.

she just wrote an essay in the kellie topic I do have to say dudley that I am always critiqued on here for what I say. If you really read what I wrote in my post I did not say anything out of line. I was just stating my opinion while not putting anyone down, but trying to prove a point. Being tactful is one thing, but always stating things the way someone thinks I should is not what having an opinion is about. Frankly, when you assert that those who don't hear things the way that you do have "tunnel vision" and try to impose your view of "reality" on them, you are putting them down. Just like you were putting a fellow poster down when in the Jessica Simpson "Remember That" thread you told her that she needed to clean out her ears and was clearly biased because she felt Jessica Simpson went off-key in her performances on Dancing with the Stars. As I said to you in PM-ing you after your problematic Jessica Simpson post, it isn't your place to call out your fellow posters for perceived bias. It isn't your place to judge other people for their opinions. That's not on topic here. What is on topic is the music, so you need to figure out ways to discuss performances and music without turning fellow posters into the subject of your post. You also need to figure out ways to state your opinion "with conviction" that don't involve using a dogmatic tone and language. Each time you have been cited for rules transgressions, it is because you have failed to do so. kw9461 and rowdawg21 were right to point out that the way you phrased your opinions, you seemed to treat them as fact, suggesting an intolerance for different views. That's not the way to participate in a conversation here. "Conviction" is not acceptable at Pulse if it means using language that implies other opinions are at bay with reality or otherwise unreasonable. freelancer2, that goes for you, too. I listed some examples in my previous PM to you ( ontheroadwith), so let me try again: Not Acceptable:"I have decided after reading a lot of the Pickler & Swift posts that a lot of people on this board have tunnel vision when it comes to evaluating their performances. While I admire true fans, it is nice to have some level of reality. The truth is, neither one of them are good singers..." Acceptable:I just don't think Kellie and Taylor are good singers, certainly not on the level of Carrie, Martina, and Jennifer Nettles. Kellie's CMA performance of this song had more than its fair share of off-key moments, as did Taylor's. Kellie also oversings this song and you can hear the strain in her voice when she sings this song live. Not Acceptable:"Have you even heard Kellie sing live? She is a very good singer. I don't know what you're smoking." Acceptable:I've watched every televised Kellie Pickler performance there is, and I disagree with you. I think she is a very good singer. She usually stays on pitch without sacrificing her stage presence. She may not have as powerful or rangy a voice as some other country singers but that's not how I define good singing.

She treats everyone like she's the head of Charm School and we're all a bunch of crack-heads who can't put together a sentence. It's like a power trip from hell.
