I've seen her Behind The Music and it was nothing more than a PR puff piece. Not everyone who has battled anorexia is a major bitch.
Stay blind.
I may be blinder than the three blind mice, but at least I have an open mind and a heart. Can you say the same?
It wasn't just anorexia. Imagine being an exotic Hawaiian shipped off to the middle of nowhere middle of redneck racist Kentucky. Then remember how young Nicole was. She was basically not more than a baby!! A BABY!!!
Then remember she found out her dad wasn't her dad.
UM HELLO. I'd be beyond f**ked up if all that had happened to me. And if Nicole had turned out to be a thunderc**t, I'd understand.
But she's not. She's so sweet and down to earth and bubbly.
I don't understand where you get this impression that's shes some crunchy bitch. Shes so sweet in her interviews, print and tv. I've never heard of a bad fan encounter with her either.
OOH LET'S DO THIS
OMG SHE GOT UPROOTED TO KENTUCKY AND HAD TO DEAL WITH RACISM!? I'm gay and had to deal with homophobia and still do to this day so I feel no sympathy.
And LOL being uprooted as a baby? I guarandamntee you she doesn't remember a single thing about Hawaii lol
It's all very sad about her dad not being her dad, but the difference is, she still had a father who raised her and supported her every single day. There are children all over the world who don't even have one parent to raise and support them. I'm not going to go out of my way to feel bad for the Scherzinger because she found out at 22 her dad wasn't really her dad.
----------------------------------------------
Now career wise. I can talk about how she's got the personality of a member of Al Qaeda
Eden's Crush days:
Both Rosanna Tavarez and Ivette Sosa both went on record to talk about why the band split up, and it was not because of the record label falling apart.
Rosanna worked for Ryan Seacrest when he had his short lived talk show on Fox in 2004-2006. On his show in June 2005, The Pussycat Dolls were going to be the musical guest the next week and Ryan asked her on air if she still kept in touch with Nicole, and Rosanna point blank said to Ryan "No, why would I?". They cut to commercial and came back and pressed her on the issue.
Rosanna told Ryan that in Eden's Crush the girls were all given equal singing parts on songs and Nicole was the only one who had a problem with this, even going behind the girls backs and talking to producers of songs and telling them she was the strongest singer in the group (even though that wasn't true, Ana Maria was always seen as the strongest vocalist in the group).
Rosanna also said that after their record label folded, David Foster had secured the girls a home and a 3-album deal at Warner Brothers. All the girls had signed the contract, except Nicole because she felt she deserved a solo deal, not being stuck in a group.
Ana Maria was asked a few years back by a radio station, during PCD/Melody vs. Nicole, why Eden's Crush broke up and simply said "Ask Nicole".
The Pussycat Dolls:Now since you've watched her Behind The Music, you know she dated and was engaged to the 311 lead singer, Nick Hexum. What the BTM special didn't tell you, was the engagement was called off because Nicole had begun dating Ron Fair, the head of A&M records.
Now as you know, Ron Fair was the lead producer on most of PCD's songs and A&M is also the label where the PCD was home to.
The Pussycat Dolls formation was also a lie, as both Carmit and Kimberly have bother confirmed and spilled Truth Tea all over the lies.
Nicole Scherzinger was signed to a deal at A&M because of her relationship with Ron Fair. Carmit said in an interview several years ago, she and the rest of the members of PCD were poached AFTER the entire album was already recorded. The Pussycat Dolls album was recorded 4 months before the band even formed. And as Nicole even admitted, she sang all the vocals and background vocals.
PCD was always meant to be only a temporary project to launch Nicole's solo career. After PCD had their hits, Nicole got her solo deal, because she had broke it off with Ron Fair and publicly dated Jimmy Iovine, head of Interscope for 4 years.
Now you know, her original solo album Her Name is Nicole was a horrendous flop and never released. 4 singles had come and gone and done absolutely zilch at radio she was forced back into the PCD group to record another album, where they had 2 more hit singles and after the tension mounted between Melody on Britney's Circus Tour.
The group disbanded, and you alone should take notes that the only group member from either of her groups to talk on her BTM was Ashley.
If you read the article that Carmit just put out, spilling the tea on Nicole being a major c
unt, you'll also notice that a lot of the girls were concerned for her eating disorder but Nicole would scream and cuss them out and treat them like peasants.
If that's not enough, let's talk about my personal experience with Nicole.
X Factor Auditions Chicago IL, May 2011:Picture proof:
twitpic.com/505ag5I obviously went down to the auditions to see my Queen, Cheryl Cole alone, but at this time I had already purchased Killer Love, both because I liked a lot of the songs and I figured I'd get an autograph.
Nicole and Steve came by our group and were taking pictures and whatnot, signing stuff.
First, Nicole had bitched about how she had only gotten 4 hours of sleep the night before because she was on American Idol performing 'Right There' and on her PRIVATE PLANE, they didn't have the right pillows so she couldn't sleep properly.
Secondly, she took three photos with the girl standing next to me. And when she came in front of me, I showed her the album, asked her to sign it and that was a big fan of PCD and her solo material. She smiled said, "Aww thanks for buying it but I can't sign it right now, I have to go to some staging shots".
She then proceeded to walk down the line and take pictures with 4 more people, take 3 phone calls and scream at a PA for getting her the wrong drink.
I'm sorry but if that doesn't make her a giant c
untrag, than I don't know what will.
And, don't say I'm not a fan of her music because you can check my last.fm
www.last.fm/user/Britnasty/charts?rangetype=overall&subtype=artistswhere she has about 1,300 plays.
And I didn't even mention anything about the Cheryl X Factor fiasco which she talks about in her book or her solo flops from her ~cancelled second album~ here, or anything.
Homegirl needs to stay in the UK and Europe and give up, because no radio programmer is interested in her music, and I can say that as someone who works at a radio station.
but, to each their own.
