Can't stand either in general, but Chingy has had some tolerable stuff... Soulja Boy, however, has had nothing but shit. Therefore, I give my vote to Chingy by process of elimination.

^I agree about Soulja Boy. His music makes the likes of Aaron Carter and The Kidz Bop Kids look like something a credible rock band would record. "Donk" remains one of the most stupid songs I have heard in my life.
