Its not being played for this reason:
Adam Sevalia, aka Intern Adam at Nashville, illegally played the song and posted a clip. He has been since suspended for two weeks from Nashville's pop station The River.

Kiis in LA and Z100 have paid for the rights to be the first two official "world premieres".
Any station will be fined $250,000 for playing it as a "world premiere".
Basically that means a station can throw it into quick rotation but not mention the tracks name or artist.

Not premiering in Austrailia until tomorrow and the Great Britain release has been pushed back as well.
Z100 & Kiis have been filing law suits against Jive as they paid top dollar for world premieres and they want to make sure they are the first in the world to play it,
