Compared to the quality of the album. Rolling in the deep, rumour has it and someone like you are imo the only good tracks on the album. The rest are album fillers. I was very excited to download this album but I'm really dissapointed.
It's amazing how only rolling in the deep is such a big album seller. When you see the album is six week at #1 and already sold 4 million ww, then you would expect something in terms of quality like breakaway, norah jones or even better then soldier of love.
Pretty dissapointed by the album. Expected much more.

The album has 3 great songs (Rolling In The Deep, Someone Like You and Set Fire To The Rain) a few decent tracks (Rumour Has It, Turning Tables) and the rest is basically filler. I find it to be an average album tbh.

I think most of these kind of artists are like this though. They lure you in with a big pop single like "Rolling In The Deep", but to appreciate the rest of the album, you have to look at it from a different perspective.

Anyway I like the album, but I prefer 19 overall....but I also think Rolling In The Deep is her best song to date..

The poster is obviously insecure and has to project their insecurities onto others who are not deemed perfect.
Its also called Immaturity.

Q Magazine !! She refuses to headline Glastonbury, bans her hits from advertising campaigns and won't turn her life into a soap opera. Adele has revealed the five-point plan which turned the singer into the world's most successful – yet reticent – pop star. The Tottenham-born singer's latest album 21 has sold 5 million copies and currently sits atop the US Billboard chart for the ninth consecutive week. At 11 weeks, she holds the record for the longest consecutive stretch at number one by a female solo artist.Yet relatively little is known about Adele, 23, who stopped sending personal tweets two years ago, just when her celebrity contemporaries began using Twitter as a confessional. In an interview with Q magazine, Adele says that, despite huge commercial offers, she refuses to "sell out" and despises artists who exploit their fans for financial gain. Rule number one in the singer's plan is no advertising tie-ins. "I think it's shameful when you sell out," she says. "It depends what kind of artist you wanna be but I don't want my name anywhere near another brand. I don't wanna be tainted or haunted." Adele attends every "strategy meeting" and approves every decision personally. Rule number two is to restrict interviews and avoid Lady Gaga-style ubiquity. "I don't want to be in everyone's face. I'm a big music fan and I get really pissed off when it gets like that ... and I don't want people to get like that with me." She won't tolerate the traditional marketing scam of record labels re-releasing albums with extra tracks to make fans buy a record twice. "I was furious when they did that on [her debut album] 19. I said 'No' and they did it anyway. Just mugging off your fans." Rule number four: Adele won't play Glastonbury or another festival. "I will not do festivals. The thought of an audience that big frightens the life out of me. I don't think the music would work either. It's all too slow." And finally arenas, such as the 18,000-capacity O2 Arena and their ilk, are also out. "We had three nights on hold at The O2 and I was like 'I wont play a festival. You think I'm gonna play a f**kin' arena? Are you out of your mind?' I'd rather play 12 years at the Barfly [small venue for indie bands] than one night at The O2! So I've made all those decisions and some people are pretty mortified. They think I'm mad." Paul Rees, the editor of Q, said: "What's become lost in the Lady Gaga-era is the confidence in the idea that less is more. A large element of Adele's success is that she remains something of an enigma and we don't know everything about her."

She sounds very pretentious..loosen up Adele! One day no one will want you in their commercials or ask you to do arenas!
And I think rolling in the deep would make a good jingle for a bed commercial...
Rolling in your sleeeeeeeeep!!!

I'm sorry, but that is one of the most stupid things I have ever heard. That's like a pro skateboarder saying he'd rather skate on the ramp in his mom's driveway than on national television as part of the X-Games. That's like an author saying they would rather have their book only for order on their little website rather than being sold in bookstores nationwide. If U2 can play stadiums, then what makes Adele too slow for arenas?

Yeah I didn't really get the arena thing but I liked when she said she doesn't want to sell out or be in everyone's faces constantly. Oh, and I especially agree with her on re-releases, I CANNOT STAND when artists do that! When Jessica Simpson did that with In This Skin I was pissed because I have the original version.

I find it to be an average album tbh. i agree with you too... when i first hear the album...those 5 songs got my attention and others i feel like some outdated songs.

I thought all the songs in the album sounded the same first listen... Like I seriously couldn't tell the songs apart from each other.

off the top of my head, "Rolling In The Deep", "Someone Like you", "Rumour Has It", "Set Fire To The Rain", "One And Only", "Turning Tables", and "Don't You Remember" are probably my favorite songs on the album and i'd say they're all 5/5

Why is the best album of the decade on the second page!?
Anyway, this is my second favorite album of all-time. I was completely shocked at how amazing it was because I was never a fan of her first album.
Every song on this album is pure perfection. "Turning Tables", "Someone Like You", "Rolling In The Deep", "Set Fire To The Rain", "Rumour Has It", "One And Only", "Don't You Remember", "He Won't Go", "I'll Be Waiting", "Lovesong", "Take It All" are all phenomenal! Oh yeah, that's the whole album.
Singles need to go:
Rolling In the Deep Someone Like You Set Fire To The Rain Turning Tables Rumour Has It
those are the standouts on the album, imo. I really hope those other 3 songs can get released! They would all smash!

Why is the best album of the decade on the second page!? IKR?! And 99 Cents This Way is on page 38. This album is still amazing and Slaydele slays ALL. Rihanna couldn't even go to #1 on iTunes because of her (and Maroon 5/Christina but meh).
