DJ, all three of those guesses are correct. However, you were beaten to the punch on 2 of them so I can only credit you for "Heart Heart Heartbreak". 37, 29, 27 and 26 are all left to be guessed, and none of them are by Kate Voegele. I'm surprised nobody got #29 yet as it's the least obscure of the bunch.

More clues for the other two:
27. This singer's last name is that of something you see in the sky.
26. This singer has a single hyphenated name.
Both songs were early summer hits for me.

While you contemplate 27 and 26 (HINT: Look at my charts from the early summer), here are more clues:
20. The lead single from what is probably P(A)'s #1 album of 2010. Taylor Swift - Mine (Drag)
19. Two of the biggest female artists today call each other on this #1 smash. Lady GaGa feat. Beyoncé - Telephone (Drag)
18. This Christian band had two big CHR and Hot AC hits in 2004. This one from their latest album was a Hot AC-only minor hit; other songs from this album charted on Alternative though. Switchfoot - Your Love Is A Song (DJ)
17. One of the biggest rappers of the 2000's returned with this smooth song that shows what kind of music he does best. Nelly - Just A Dream (DJ)
16. Another one of the biggest hip-hop stars today, here he teams up with the hottest dance producer right now to deliver a dance floor-ready hit. Flo Rida feat. David Guetta - Club Can't Handle Me (DJ)
15. Many people thought after her big 2008 hit, she'd be a one-hit wonder... this top 5 Hot AC and top 20 CHR hit proved otherwise. Sara Bareilles - King of Anything (Drag)
14. This Australian singer-guitarist scored her first top 5 hit early in the year. Orianthi - According To You (Drag)
13. The first single for a new Canadian singer who had a song back in the 30's on this chart. Stef Lang - Mr. Immature (KP)
12. This band's first single after losing one of their two lead singers; it was a top 30 Hot AC hit. Barenaked Ladies - You Run Away (DJ)
11. A song by a singer from Cleveland that originally appeared on her 2008 album. The song's title is the same as that of the third largest city in the US.

Everything is right, except for Drag's guess for #16 (DJ got it - it's "Club Can't Handle Me").
27 and 26 are still out there, as are 18, 13 and 11 (not really surprising, they're the most obscure songs left; someone like KP might be able to guess 26 or especially 18 though)

More clues for those not yet guessed: (Sorry, I mixed up the last clues for 27 and 26, if it threw you off I'm putting them with the right songs!)
27. This singer, who normally sings in French but sings in English on the song in question, got her start on "Star Académie" in Quebec. She has collaborated with David Usher at times as well. This is the only English track on her latest album. This singer has a single hyphenated name, both parts of which start with M.
26. The album's titlem from an artist who appeared on "Rock Star: Supernova" has the same theme as a 2007 Linkin Park album, but it's a lot more specific as it gives the specific time. This singer's last name is that of something you see in the sky. The album is called 11:59, and the song's title is an action essential for living which is a common song title in its own right.
18. This Christian band had two big CHR and Hot AC hits in 2004. This one from their latest album was a Hot AC-only minor hit; other songs from this album charted on Alternative though. The album is called "Hello Hurricane".
13. The first single for a new Canadian singer who had a song back in the 30's on this chart. Look back at the songs in that range, and pick out the one without a Wikipedia page, then pick the song about her telling her boyfriend to grow up.
11. A song by a singer from Cleveland that originally appeared on her 2008 album. (She has released another album since, but I went back to this album to chart this song.) The song's title is the same as that of the third largest city in the US, which is in Illinois.

Correct!
Let's enter the top 10 now!
10. Arguably the biggest country crossover hit of 2010. Lady Antebellum - Need You Now (Drag)
9. A song written by this singer about how her current husband makes her feel like she did in her youth.
8. This song by a Canadian band has two versions, each featuring a different female singer. Given how much of a fan of one of said singers I am, I tend to prefer the album version, which is the one I charted (though the album's re-release includes both versions.) Marianas Trench feat. Kate Voegele - Good To You (Drag)
7. Track 3 on the latest album by the singer I charted featured at #8; to date, it's the only album track to reach #1 on my chart. Kate Voegele - Who You Are Without Me (Drag)
6. Only the second song ever to debut at #1 on my chart; it was arguably THE summer hit of 2010. Katy Perry feat. Snoop Dogg - California Gurls (Drag)

Correct! Now all that's left is #9, and it's by a singer with another song in the same set.
