I recently re-fell in love with this album after not listening to any of it for a good 3 months. Seriously, album of 2010/2011.

I can't get over how much of an amazing songwriter Taylor really is. So deep, so insightful, such an amazing voice.

Yeah! It made me feel less guilty for wanting to get up close and personal after a show. I wish she could find a middle ground between the plain jane look she used to have and the goth look she has now. Both are too extreme for me.

As for this album, why have only a few rock stations been playing tracks from this? They're better than Flyleaf, lol.

Taylor's too mainstream and comes off in the eyes of a rock PD as almost like a harder Avril lavigne----no joke, thats what Mike, the PD at our sister Alternative station said.

He actually spun "Makes Me Wanna Die" a few times but when you'd say its Taylor Momsen's band and she's on Gossip Girl, people get turned off. Its sad because The Pretty Reckless are infinitely better than many female fronted rock bands, including Paramore, Flyleaf and Evanescence.

Sadly those 3 bands will get radio play and TPR won't. It also doesn't help that TPR focused more on establishing a huge overseas following before trying America; and they still haven't effectively done that. They're launching in asia for the fall then coming back stateside for the spring/summer.
