You act like Taylor Swift is the best country singer ever. I like Chris Daughtry, but I don't try to say he's the new Kurt Cobain and the savior of rock just because he's had some success.
And if "Life After You" is such trash, why is it treading up the HAC chart?

Or is that a veiled diss to Brian I think most of the people who hate Taylor are Carrie Underwood fans or fans of "real" country music. I think most pop fans seems seem to embrace Taylor, and GaGa isn't a direct parallel to Taylor. Same with Beyonce for the pop aspect. But from an R&B aspect, Some R&B fans try to like Kings of Leon to trick people into thinking they have diverse tastes, they do the same thing with Taylor, in trying to seem diverse and use her as their token country artist. |
