This was one of the songs that some of the fans have heard due to Carrie singing this at the CMT Invitation Only concert.

Okay... So how about this is one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard. Not only are the lyrics phenomenal, but Carrie has never sounded more beautiful. This song is just perfect. I REALLY hope this gets released as a single. I need to see a video for this song, and hear it on the radio! Ugh I can't wait for the rest of this album!

The only worry I have for a video is that it would ruin the song's effect. I feel like the video could only be fantastic or dreadful. Not much middle ground However, the song is easily the best song in Carrie's career. Cannot wait for live performances.

I DARE someone to say Carrie is not a fantastic songwriter after listening to this song.
This better be a single or I will kill somebody.

^ It's hard to say she's a fantastic songwriter when one has no idea how much she actually contributed to the song. If she truly were "fantastic" she would be able to write a song by herself.
That said, this is indeed a well-written song and Carrie sounds fantastic as always.

Well hardly anyone writes songs all by themselves. Taylor only has a few by herself

she wrote 7/13 of the songs on fearless by herself. but also the rest were written with only 1 other person. this has like 3-4 co-writers doesn't it?

Taylor only has a few by herself Most of her whole album was by herself, and then the rest of the songs were like all with only one person and you know that Taylor probably did like 75% of the writing for the co songs. this has like 3-4 co-writers doesn't it? 3-4 co-writers?

^I mean you dont need many writers to come up with songs about boys not liking you/falling in love in high school

Taylor really wrote half her album by herself? Hmm.. But this has TWO co-writers not 4 But i personally think Taylor's songs would be a lot better if she had other people working with her. because in almost all of her songs there are parts that i always think "this part could have been so much better if she had changed the lyric here or the instrumentation here" (examples: the major one... "Forever & Always", "Fifteen", and a few more) She should try collaborating with some song writers on her next album.

But the fact that they're WELL-WRITTEN songs about love is the important thing.

People could say the same thing about Carrie though and for the record, I believe Fifteen and F&A are 2 of her best songs

But the fact that they're WELL-WRITTEN songs about love is the important thing. Debatable. I think Our Song's lyrics are atrocious, as well as Love Story's.

Since when did Romeo and Juliet get married and lived happily ever after? Taylor needs to go back to school, especially English!
