When Elvis died, his musical talent was pretty much transferred into Lisa. This album is so raw and emotional. It probably is the single best female debut album ever. It easily ranks up their in one of the best Female albums ever. The album debuted at #5 on the Hot 200 album charts with 140,000. It was certified gold by the RIAA and has sold 1.7M copies worldwide. Lights Out, the first single about Presley's struggle with growing up with the Presley name, peaked at #4 on the Top 40 Radio chart. It was a Top 10 hit on Hot AC Radio. The follow-up single, Sinking In, was a smash success also bringing Top 10 status on Hot AC radio. The album was well received and garnered rave reviews. It received a 4 1/2 Star rating from Rolling Stone "It has taken Lisa Marie Presley thirty-five years to find her voice, and here's the surprise: It's actually good. To Whom It May Concern, the debut album from Elvis Presley's only child, is a dark memoir, alternately regretful and scathing, dripping confessional acid"And a 5 star rating from AllMusic "To her credit, Lisa Marie doesn't shy away from her personal history on her 2003 debut album, To Whom It May Concern, sprinkling veiled and not-so-veiled references to her father and her marriages throughout the record, but where she really asserts her individuality is on the music. Pitched partway between flat-out commerciality and post-Alanis/Sheryl Crow ambition, it's a strange beast that lurches and stumbles as it finds its feet, which it does, but it might take a couple of listens to realize that the record is indeed awe inspiring."

"Lights Out" spent 16 weeks on the Hot AC chart peaking at #18. Billboard or Mediabase? And I copied the reviews part from SC, adam there has an unhealthy love for her and I figured he was accurate.

There is that much of a difference from radio and Billboard charts? 8 spot difference? I don't know about that
