did she get a second single? it seems like she just has a good 1st single and then it kinda fades after that. idk i just remember Taking Chances from this era and for A New Day Has Come, that's the only single i remember from that era. I don't even remember her songs from "One Heart" era.
but i LOVE "That's The Way It Is". awesome track!

They wait six months to release the second single each time with like no video and no push.

that sucks. but atleast shes a great album seller. she basically sold 1 million copies (or close to it) with just "Taking Chances" and the tour she's doing.

"Eyes On Me" was the second UK single, it also flopped.

Not only that but noone plays Celine anymore, she just isn't "cool" enough.

she needs another "That's The Way It Is"

she needs another "That's The Way It Is" Honestly, she already has had songs (even on her last album) that were really good like TTWII. It won't matter how good of a pop record she makes, she is like the new Dixie Chicks when it comes to radio.

She'll always have a loyal fan base so her records will sell well enough. That image of Tyra... SCARY! She freaks me out every time I see her ass on TV. This is the girl who gave me my first boner!

I could see Pop not playing her though. and why wont radio play dixie chicks? cuz of their whole scandal thing?

Actually if you look at the Hot AC chart it is becoming more and more like the pop chart. Celine would have no shot at charting there. Here "best" format to target would be just AC. The Dixie Chicks were blacklisted by stupid redneck radio programmers who loved Bush and were pissed about the comment they made, which now everyone pretty much agrees with.

INRTMN had hardly any spins on country radio. What's said is that they had one of the best country albums in years with TTLW, it's a shame they didn't get proper play. Maybe in the future more programmers will come around.

It sold a million in the US and 3 million world wide on one (flop might I add) single. I say pretty damn impressive. It has sold more than Blackout even with its string of moderate hits.

yeah this album was def. not a flop. it sold 1 million just off of "Taking Chances", which barely did anything.

Oh, wow!
I had no idea.
I take back my comment then.
And, I was saying it in a sad way. Not like HA THIS FLOPPED. I really like Celine, and I was sad she only got one single.
