Anyways, DMB is a very strong leader. They are top 10 for sure. Whitney Houston could also get it.

DMB seems like the type of band that could get nommed for AOTY. Not sure about Taylor though for AOTY, if Carrie can't even get nommed. And Taylor's Grammy history is very weak. Only one nomination the first year, none in her genre, and didn't perform. And no nominations last year, and she performed, but it was an unprecedented ratings ploy |

I'm honestly not expecting DMB to get nominated for their album. Should they? Yes. but will they? Either U2 or them will get the spot. Jake just talks out of his ass, this album has been praised by everyone so I just ignore his foolish comments.
I don't know if Taylor can get an AOTY nom...she could but I wouldn't say it is set in stone.

I'm not sure if DMB can get it especially in a year where they are up against U2 and I say this becuz they cover the same genre...however I can see them being genre nominated! About tay swift...I don't think grammys can ignore one of the biggest albums of the decade unfortuneatly  And rob thomas should sweep...just throwing that out thurrrr |

I have no doubt DMB will get all the rock nominations. I just would love for them to get AOTY. This is their chance. I mean they came back after a not well recieved album to a well received album and everyone loved it, plus LeRoi Moore died last year and the Grammys snubbed that and there were big scandals so they better pay them back lol...and hopefully they get to perform on the grammys or something. I wouldn't mind seeing Taylor get AOTY. I love the album, i think she would probably be in the top 10-15 running And could Rob get AOTY nomination? lol |

Predictions on ROTY?
Use Somebody - Because they weren't pimped at the last Grammys, and had a crossover hit.
Boom Pow - Because the BEP have been nominated twice for ROTY, and this is now easily their biggest song, and they generally get Grammy love.
Poker Face - Because she's this year's breakthrough artist.
