Well don't be surprised if this next era isn't a total success. People are gonna start getting tired of her.

Country radio has always appreciated consistency, so I don't think she needs to take one for at least 2 more albums

Honestly, the bar is set so incredibly high for Carrie with both album sales and single performance. Some Hearts sold 7 million copies and by comparison Carnival Ride's 2.5 million (when released just under 2 years later) seems almost weak (which is ridiculous). When it comes to singles you have two albums that have produced no less than three number one hits. If her next album fails to produce a string of number ones it will be considered a disappointment to many. I mean could you imagine if she had a single peak near the bottom of the top 10? Heads would roll. Instead of peaking so early in her career I wish she would have slowly progressed. It almost seems as if there is nothing left to accomplish not to mention radio pushing nearly every one of her singles to number one has increasingly diminished the value of her actually reaching the top spot IMO. It's not so much a surprise or a huge accomplishment for her to reach #1 as much as it is expected of her.

I actually agree. I wonder if she'll try to conquer Pop for a bit

lol is she going to release bleeding love pt. 384287 fans think that her label is going to try for an international crossover with the next album so they brought Ryan in for that. i do hope they try to cross her over top Pop/HAC/AC with this album though.
